The Real State of People Realized the Juche Idea.

Dear Comrades and Friends,
On the occasion of the 75th founding anniversary of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, I congratulate from myself and the Workers Party of Bangladesh.

Characteristic of the Juche idea is, in a word, that it is a man-centered philosophical thought.

That the Juche idea is a man-centered philosophical thought means that it newly raised the fundamental question of philosophy with man as a centre, and clarified the viewpoint and attitude to the world by centering on man.

The Juche idea newly raised relationship between the world and man, the question of man’s position and role in the world, as the fundamental question of philosophy and clarified the fundamental principle that man is the master of everything and decides everything.

The question of man’s position and role in the world is not a mere question of human being but a question of world outlook which was raised by centering on man.

That is why the principle which gives explanations to this question becomes the principle of man-centered world outlook and, at the same time, the principle of shaping man’s destiny.

By focusing on man, the Juche idea also clarifies new viewpoint and stand that the world should be approached proceeding from man’s interests and with his activities as the man on the basis of the Juche-oriented view on the world that the world is dominated and transformed by man and that it develops by man’s volitional action and role and in the direction of serving man and in keeping with the development of man.

Like this, the characteristic of the Juche idea which is fundamentally different from all preceding philosophical thoughts is that it newly raises the fundamental question of philosophy by focusing on man and clarifies the viewpoint and attitude to the world by centering on man.

The Socialist Constitution of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea was adopted on December 27, 1972. It can be called a constitution for the people. The guiding principle of the constitution is the Juche idea.

The Constitution states that the DPRK regards the Juche idea for realizing the independence of the masses of the people as the guiding principle of its activities.

The Juche idea puts forward it as the most important task to realize independence, which is a major attribute of a social being to live and develop as the master of his own destiny free from any subordination or shackles.

The Constitution clarifies that the sovereignty of the Republic resides in the workers, peasants, soldiers, intellectuals and all other working people and that the working people exercise their power through the Supreme People’s Assembly and other people’s assemblies of different levels, which represent them.

The Constitution elucidates in detail the items for providing the people with material and cultural life and the relevant measures to this end.

The state should give free education to all students, grant stipends to university students, intensify social education and provide all the working people with every condition for study.

The children of preschool age are taken care of in nurseries and kindergartens at the expense of the state and society. The state should develop the universal free medical care system and strengthen the district doctor system and the system of preventive medicine so as to protect the life of the people and promote the health of the working people.

The rights of citizens to work and relax are legally guaranteed. All the able-bodied citizens can select their jobs according to their hopes and talents and the state provides them with stable jobs, working conditions, sufficient rights and conditions to relax.

These are ensured by the establishment of the working hours, the provision of holidays, paid leave, accommodation at health resorts and holiday homes at state expense and by a growing network of cultural facilities.

The Socialist Constitution of the DPRK, enjoying absolute support from the people, has been a powerful driving force of the revolution and construction over the past five decades.

This was clearly proved by the course of struggle of the Korean people who created miracles and innovations decade after decade braving trials and difficulties under the leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Under Kim Jong Un’s leadership, the Korean people, equipped themselves more firmly with the spirit of self-reliance, are creating new miracles day after day in accomplishing the cause of building a powerful socialist nation by smashing the hostile forces’ ever-intensifying moves to isolate and stifle their country.

I fully convinced that DPR Korea will achieve the final victory to build the powerful state and reunify the nation by the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilistideas on state building.
