On the Ninth of September, Juche 112, marks the seventy-fifth anniversary of the Founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. On this occasion, we, the Korean Friendship Association Poland, would like to extend our warmest congratulations to you.
After 38 years of Japanese fascist and imperialist occupation, the Korean people were finally able to breathe freely again in the same air that set the proud flag of an independent Korea in motion. The scars left by this cruel time of captivity have made the Korean people's body even stronger, ready to self-determine its fate once again, and to stand up for its own independence against the brutal machinery of capitalism and imperialism, constantly trying to bring back times rightfully past.
A few years later, the same nation defeated the united forces of the world bourgeoisie led by the United States of America, fighting under the illegally appropriated aegis of the 'United Nations', proving to the whole world once again that Korea is not begging for freedom, it is fighting for it, and that anyone who perfidiously threatens the independence and integrity of Korea will face the unconquerable wrath of the Korean people and the workers of the whole world.
After a bloody, difficult and relentless struggle for independence - who knows it better than you! - Korea has shone with the red glow of socialism, under the leadership of the vanguard of the proletariat in the form of the Workers' Party of Korea and its glorious Leader, Comrade Kim Il Sung. In the course of the battle for the defence of Korea, which has been going on for decades to this day, the leading role of the Workers' Party of Korea and its Leader as the vanguard of the proletariat of all Korea has become apparent.
This is well known to the puppet authorities of the self-proclaimed 'south Korea' - a creation set up by the Americans, former Japanese collaborators and other enemies of the people crawling out of the darkest depths of the Peninsula in order to restore the shackles on the hands of the Korean people which they themselves broke under the leadership of Comrade Kim Il Sung. They are carrying out more and more, probably in their view 'bold', acts of aggression together with their masters from across the Pacific, but their supposed 'courage' always ends as soon as the Korean people show their strength again to the whole world through the latest technological wonders, such as ICBMs. This proves the validity of the Songun policy devised by the brilliant Comrade Kim Jong Il.
Years have passed and many socialist countries, including our own Poland, have been destabilised by internal revisionists as well as pro-American agents. In the face of this state of affairs, one more role of the Workers' Party of Korea and its Leader Comrade Kim Jong Un emerges to us. It is not only the vanguard of the Korean people, but also of the people of the whole world. Oppressed workers, peasants, intellectuals and all other classes of people, today carry their gaze towards the top of Paektu Mountain with awe and hope. The struggle waged by the Korean people today is the struggle of us all, the struggle of the people against their oppressors. And the Ninth of September, that glorious day in the history of the whole world when the independent Democratic People's Republic of Korea was founded, reminds all people around the world that triumph is near.
Long live the Democratic People's Republic of Korea!
