纪念伟大领袖金正日同志诞辰80周年国际论坛《主体朝鲜的形象 金正日》

首先，我很荣幸能通过参加庆祝金正日领导者同志诞辰80周年的“主体朝鲜的形象      金正日”国际论坛，用我的小声音来赞美他在世界文化史上所建立的辉煌贡献。

作为长期以来专门负责中朝文化交流活动的文化交流专家之一，我回想起金正日领导者同志为朝鲜文学艺术发展史作出的巨大贡献，因此他在世界文化史上留下的印记。

和很多 1960 和 1970 年代的中国人一样，我也从小看着朝鲜文艺作品和优秀的朝鲜电影长大的，极大丰富了我们的精神食粮。感受到了童年的快乐，这给我留下了难忘的回忆。

我在上世纪70年代通过朝鲜电影和音乐所受到的文化影响是如此之大，也许这就是我今天站在朝鲜和中国之间文化交流事业的最前沿的理由。

如此一来，<文化>具有超越国界、时间、世代和种族差异的巨大力量，我认为它正是因为如此，成为当今世界衡量一个国家国力的最重要指标。

让我举一个例子。2008年成立于中国北京798区的万寿台创作社美术馆门前广场，有一尊千里马铜像（缩小8:1），这是朝鲜<人民奖>的获奖作品。 在中国的百度（卫星导航系统）定位追踪程序的中国区域输入窗口输入千里马，就显示出这里的北京798朝鲜万寿台创作社美术馆。

千里马铜像是为了纪念朝鲜民族英雄金日成主席在上世纪50年代末亲自发起了一场名为“千里马运动”的群众运动而把它扩大为全国人民的运动，将当时被视为因三年战争的余波，即使过了一百年也不可能站起来的朝鲜在短短几年内成功地发展成为社会主义工农业国家的奇迹时刻，1961年建在朝鲜平壤的纪念碑。

在 1950 年代和 1960 年代，朝鲜人民生活在《千里马》的创造精神基础上。

纪念那个时代的千里马铜像在现代朝鲜的发展史上仍然是奇迹的象征。

留下世纪神话的《千里马足球》，《千里马骑士》，《千里马区》和《千里马号》拖拉机等出现了许多与千里马有关的名词，如此代表一个时代的《千里马》，过了60多年的今天也被视为朝鲜国力象征的人民喜爱和享受的千里马文化，把它升华为“主体”社会主义朝鲜文化的伟人就是金正日领导者同志。

尊敬的金正日领导者同志，根据伟大的金日成主席在抗日血战中亲自创作的不朽经典作品，亲自指导创作了包括革命歌剧、革命电影和美术作品在内的众多杰作，开启了主体朝鲜文化艺术的鼎盛时期<文艺复兴时期>。

尤其是金正日领导者同志31年前亲自撰写了不朽经典著作《美术论》，提供了以革命性和大众化的审美观为基础的主体美术理论基础，为世界美术史做出了巨大贡献，。

比如，当今被全世界公认并彰显自己光彩的<朝鲜画>的生动、美丽、高尚的基本特征也是金正日领导者同志新定义的，他亲自指导创作包括朝鲜画<江鲜的晚霞>等许多时代,代表性的杰作，并为了将该成果转换为学术型成就，采取了各种措施。

我认为金正日领导者同志把金日成主席留下的“朝鲜画是最好的。世界将跟随朝鲜画”的遗训发展成为今天的现实，是一项伟大的成就，是必须代代相传的世界遗产。

盛赞朝鲜画发展过程中能看到中国画的未来发展途径的一位中国文化人的评论也让我深深地体会到这位伟大领袖的卓越审美观对超越国籍的全世界人的巨大影响力，。

以领土面积、人口、经济规模、国防实力来判断一个国家的国力的时代已经过去，新的21世纪是一个以文化力量为主导的文化竞争时代。

如今，金正日领导者同志卓越的审美思想传承为尊敬的金正恩总书记同志的以人民为主的审美观，推动朝鲜的全面复兴和发展的强大精神文化力量。

现在，朝鲜正受到世界历史上没有先例的帝国主义的经济和军事制裁和威胁，尤其是成为他们反动思想文化渗透战略的第一目标，因此全世界以担忧的目光注视朝鲜。

上世纪90年代，有一个惨痛的教训是，包括前苏联在内的东欧社会主义国家在国防和经济方面都有强大的实力，却放任包括美国在内的帝国主义思想文化渗透，最终无法避免悲惨的结局。

但是，我深信只要有为实现理想而奋斗的朝鲜人民强大的精神力量的支柱，金正恩总书记同志的英明领导，还有不断发展壮大的朝鲜式社会主义文化的力量，帝国主义对朝鲜的思想文化渗透计划就会徒劳无功的。

15年前，我与朝鲜艺术家同志们一起在中国北京建立了798万寿台创作社美术馆，并至今开展了数十场展览和文化交流活动。

敌对势力把它视之为,眼中钉肉中刺的美国及韩国等其追随势力，几年来一直以恶毒的方式执着于欺骗性的<制裁>方案，阻挠我们美术馆馆的合法经营管理。不仅如此，最近应该保持公正性的一些联合国机构也受到美国的施压通过中国外交部对我们展馆的管理工作进行了调查。

美韩当局及其追随者连合法、正常的文化交流活动的空间都试图封锁的真正目的是什么？原因只有一个，因为这里就是主体朝鲜的文化宣传基地，是传播主体朝鲜文化价值观的前哨。

这是一个无形的战场，一个理念、文化价值观的战场。

他们确实害怕主体朝鲜文化的博大精深的无形力量。

但我一点也畏惧他们,因为我们背靠有强大的主体朝鲜。

因为朝鲜正在强盛复兴，有一种以伟大领袖为中心的“一心团结”的朝鲜文化，我仍然通过举办美术展览展示与朝鲜艺术家们和中国艺术家们及朝鲜艺术爱好者们的学术讨论，为中朝两国人民的文化发展做出贡献。

在我们的展厅里，展出金日成主席、金正日领导者和金正恩总书记的不朽经典著作和文献，朝鲜的邮票，以及许多让人一目了然的看到朝鲜人民的文化面貌的美术作品。我们美术馆每年向国内外约500万不同人群和观众敞开大门。

甚至一些外国爱好者也带着十年前的回忆来到矗立着千里马铜像的我们美术馆。

这可能是因为朝鲜文化的力量和魅力。

这些年，许多中国党政重要领导官员们也到访这里参观。

原中共中央政治局委员李长春2019年参观我们的展厅，观看了这里展出的朝鲜画作品后表示，我能通过这里的展品感受到朝鲜人民的艰苦奋斗的革命精神，尤其是（<细炮暴雪>任赫，2014年作品。），很可能新一代人看不懂这些作品，但我们也曾有过困难时期，这是我亲身经历的，所以我能理解作品里充满的朝鲜人民强大的精神力量。我们必须学习虽然不是很华丽但懂得珍惜自己东西的他们的爱国主义精神。并赞扬，在朝鲜劳动党周围一心一意地团结在一起的朝鲜人民的伟大团结力。

中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中央组织部长、中央党校校长（国家行政学院院长）陈希2021年参观展厅观看展出的作品时表示, 朝鲜画<父亲> (金仁石, 2016 年作) 最令人印象深刻，据说，这幅画讲述了朝鲜的最高领导者金正恩总书记同志在2014年国际儿童节当天访问平壤孤儿院的感人内容。他认为是一部好作品。

旁边的朝鲜画《杜鹃花》（金仁石，1990 年作，2020 年重作）讲述了在朝鲜战争期间将孤儿们带到孤儿院的内容，正如标题所暗示的那样，这是一部让人感到希望的作品，从孤儿们的光鲜亮丽的外表，可以感受到朝鲜的前领导人和金正恩总书记同志的《后代观》和《未来观》，真的是很好的作品。

中央党校参观团的团员们表示美术作品在群众教育中发挥的魅力很大，我们能感受到朴素、干净、自豪的朝鲜人民的文化力量，非常羡慕可以创作出这样作品的文化土壤，其文化土壤的根源是什么？ 这正是领袖与人民成为一家的人民的国家的道德精神，朝鲜画中所感受到的纯朴情感与西方美术类型中所感受到的完全不同。据说，在朝鲜，人们看不懂的作品会失去生命力。这是因为朝鲜艺术建立在创造由人民创造，享受也由人民享受的朝鲜式社会主义文化土壤的基础上，不像资本主义社会那样艺术变成一种特定阶层的畸形享受品。

这样的反映数不胜数，不可能在此讲完，但他们的话语中共同存在的是对以人民群众为中心的审美观以及金正日领导者同志的美学思想为基础的主体朝鲜艺术的钦佩和赞叹。

用这么几页纸来赞美一位绝世伟人的贡献实际上是不可能的。

因此，我期待在未来继续讨论这个话题。

我有一种独特的自豪感和使命感。

这正是作为将朝鲜最高领导者金正恩总书记同志的美学思想传播到世界的<宣传者>的一种自豪感和使命感。

我向真正体现了尊敬的金正日领导者同志的杰出美学思想的金正恩总书记同志表示衷心感谢，衷心祝愿人民创造、人民享受的朝鲜式社会主义文化将进一步繁荣发展。

最后，我再次祝贺伟大的艺术天才金正日领导者同志诞辰 80 周年<光明星节>。

English Translation:"KIM JONG IL-Eternal Incarnation of Juche Korea"

On the 80th birth anniversary of the great leader Comrade KIM JONG IL

FIRST of all, it is my greatest honor to participate in the international e-seminar titled "KIM JONG IL-Eternal Incarnation of Juche Korea" in celebration of the 80th birth anniversary of Leader KIM JONG IL and add in even my low voice in admiring for the brilliant exploits he achieved in the world history of culture.

Being one of the experts in cultural exchange, who have exclusively engaged in cultural exchanges between China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea(DPRK) for a long time, I recall in fresh emotion Leader KIM JONG IL's great contributions to development of Korean literature and art, which have left remarkable imprints in the world history of culture.

Like many other Chinese people in the 1960s and 70s, I was happy to see nice Korean films which gave me unforgettable memory in my childhood. That is, I was culturally influenced so much by the Korean films and music from the 70s of the last century.

I reckon that "culture" has got a great power which transcends differences between borders, time, generation and race and thus, it constitutes the most important index in evaluating national power in the world today.

Let me take an example.

In the garden of our Art Gallery of Mansudae Art Studio located in Art District 798 in Beijing, China, there is a bronze statue of Chollima (scaled 8:1) laurelled with the "People's Prize" of DPRK.

The Chollima Statue is a monument erected in Pyongyang, DPRK in 1961 to commemorate the miraculous moment in which President KIM IL SUNG personally initiated a mass campaign called "Chollima Movement" in the late 50s of the last century and developed it into all-people campaign to a success, thus turning the DPRK, which had been said to be unable to rise again due to the aftereffect of the 3-year-long war, into a socialist industrial and agricultural state in a short span of time.

The commemorative Chollima Statue still finds itself as a symbol of miracle in the history of development of modern Korea.

Chollima, it has been regarded as a symbol of national might by the Korean people for the last 60 years. It is none other than Leader KIM JONG IL, who sublimed Chollima culture favored and enjoyed by the people to the culture of socialist Korea of Juche.

The respected Leader KIM JONG IL personally led the work of creating many masterpieces including revolutionary operas, films and paintings adapted from the immortal classic works created by the preceding leader President KIM IL SUNG during the bloody anti-Japanese struggle, thus opening up a great heyday of literature and art of Juche Korea, "the period of the Renaissance".

In particular, Leader KIM JONG IL wrote an immortal classic work "Theory on Fine Arts" 31 years ago to provide a theoretical foundation of Juche fine arts based on the revolutionary and popular aesthetic view, and thus he rendered a great contribution to the world history of fine arts.

Let me say about Korean painting.

Leader KIM JONG IL newly defined that Korean painting is characterized by forcefulness, beauty and elegance and ensured that many masterpieces of the era were created such as Korean painting "The Evening Glow over Kangson" (By Jong Yong Man) and took all kinds of measures for establishing scientific theory on the successes.

President KIM IL SUNG once said that Korean painting is the best and the world will follow it. Leader KOM JONG IL put this instruction of the President into reality. I think this is a great exploit and world heritage to be remembered throughout generations.

A Chinese literary man highly praised that he could see the way ahead for Chinese painting in the course of development of Korean painting. From this fact, I could realise that the extraordinary aesthetic view of the great leader has given a huge influence on the world people across border.  

The era in which a country's power was judged from its size, population, economy and national defence capabilities has already passed. The 21st century is an era of cultural competition which is dominated by cultural power.

The outstanding aesthetic idea of Leader KIM JONG IL went on to be the popular aesthetic view of the respected General Secretary KIM JONG UN, which serves as a powerful mental and cultural strength in stimulating the comprehensive prosperity and development of Korea today.

Every one on Earth clearly knows about the bitter lessons from the former Soviet Union and other socialist countries in East Europe so powerful both in defence capabilities and economy in the 90s of the last century. They couldn't avoid the miserable fate of collapse resulting from countenancing the ideological and cultural infiltration of the US and other imperialists.

However I am convinced that as long as the DPRK is led by General Secretary KIM JONG UN, the pillar of the mental strength of the Korean people struggling to implement their ideal and it has the ever increasing cultural power of Korean style socialism, any ideological and cultural poisoning maneuvers by the imperialists against it will certainly end in failure.

In our gallery displayed the immortal classic works and documents of President KIM IL SUNG, Leader KIM JONG IL and General Secretary KIM JONG UN, Korean stamps and art pieces depicting cultural and mental features of the Korean people. The gallery is open to about 5 million people at home and abroad who visit the District 798.

Even some foreign fans visit our gallery to see the Chollima Statue, remembering their visit 10 years ago.

That's because the Korean culture has power and charm, isn't it?

Among the visitors were also many concerning officials of the party and the government.

Li Zhangchun, former Presidium member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China looked around our gallery in 2019 and said; Korean paintings here make the visitors feel the Korean people's revolutionary spirit of fortitude. We have to learn such patriotism with which the Korean people value their own things though they are not luxurious. The single minded-unity of the Korean people around the Workers' Party of Korea is great.

Chen Xi, member of the Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee, secretary of the Central Secretariat, principal of the Central Party School looking around the displayed pieces in 2021 noted that a Korean painting piece titled "Father" was the most impressive. After learning that the picture described the moving story that General Secretary KIM JONG UN visited Pyongyang Orphanage on the International Children's Day in 2014, he continued that the painting was excellent specifically in making people feel the "outlook on posterity" and the "outlook on future" of DPRK's preceding Leaders and General Secretary KIM JONG UN.

The visitors from the Central Party School said that they could realise the cultural power of the Korean people who are modest and pure and self-respecting as one. They also pointed that in DPRK a piece of art which is inexplicable for the people loses its vital energy, it shows that Korean art is based on the cultural soil of Korean style socialism where people can be both creators and enjoyers, unlike the capitalist society where the art serves as abnormal entertainer for some privileged classes.

The visitors jointly admired for the fine arts of Juche Korea based on the people-centered aesthetic view and idea of Leader KIM JONG IL.

Actually it is impossible to praise for the exploits of a great man with only a few pages of written presentation.

Therefore I expect seminars on this kind of theme to continue in the future, too.

Personally I have got unusual pride and mission.

I am proud of being a disseminator who is giving wide publicity to the aesthetic idea of General Secretary KIM JONG UN.

Expressing my heartfelt thanks to General Secretary KIM JONG UN, who carries forward the outstanding aesthetic idea of the respected Leader KIM JONG IL, I sincerely hope the Korean culture created and enjoyed by the people gets more efflorescent.

Before concluding, I'd like to offer my congratulations once again on the Day of the Shining Star, 80th birth anniversary of Leader KIM JONG IL, a great genius of human art.
